Wild catch and sustainability

The taste and consistency of seafish grown in their natural environment is unparalled. This gift from nature is extremely important to us and something that we wish to preserve by operating a sustainable fishery - our herring catch was the first to be MSC certified and we are currently working on MSC certification for our Frozen at Sea fillets, something which we hope to have in place for the start of next season. We even have now the first  fishing trawler with sails (Skysail), thereby reducing fuel consumption and underlining our commitment to protecting the environment.
